Overview

edit
The study group explores philosophical anarchism and the pedagogical positions which it has inspired. It will also double as an embodiment of anarchist ideals in that the inquiry the group undertakes will be continuously negotiated. Its bibliographical Resources are provisional and make no binding recommendation. Furthermore, the group will read few of the books in toto. Instead, each participant will identify a particular niche to research and present on for the rest of the group. In addition to readings and discussion, the group will meet with anarchists and radical educators from New York City and beyond. We will attend meetings by NYCoRE (New York Collective of Radical Educators) and visit Free Schools.
